Our Design & Art Faculty comprises of 9 teaching staff and 2 technical support staff, who are all subject specialists. It is a strong and experienced team who are committed to delivering innovative and inspirational lessons to all students. Qualifications Hold Qualified Teacher Status with a degree in a related discipline Desirable to have experience of teaching Engineering, but not essential Have a genuine passion for and a belief in the potential of every student Have the ability to think strategically about classroom practice and tailoring lessons to students needs Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect of pupils. #J-18808-Ljbffr
