What You’ll Be Doing As Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include: Partnering with commercial, brand, and development teams to influence strategic decisions and maximise profitability Managing customer pricing models and overseeing inflation / deflation analysis to assess financial impact Leading portfolio analysis and contributing to wider business reviews Preparing brand-level P&Ls and taking an active role in monthly business unit reviews Owning balance sheet reconciliations for long- and short-term discounts, ensuring audit trail and control Supporting the delivery of annual budgets, demand reforecasts, and commercial planning cycles Providing robust financial challenge and support across multiple business scenarios What We're Looking For We're seeking a commercially focused finance professional who is: Professionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferred) Experienced in business partnering in a fast-paced, complex environment Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inquisitive and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvement Organised, resilient and adaptable to change Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 Hybrid working available Benefits £60,000 + Car Allowance 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Hybrid and flexible working arrangements 2 Employee Volunteering Days per year Online and high-street retailer discount scheme Health & well-being support including 24/7 Grocery Aid access Free access to wellbeing and exercise platforms Employee learning and development via our personalised LMS Charity initiatives and company-wide team events Financial wellbeing tools and resources A Place Where You Belong At The Compleat Food Group, we are proud to foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive environment where everyone is empowered to be their authentic self.
