What is the Job Role? In Coventry, we are passionate about providing inclusive services that enable children and young people to reach their full potential. You will develop and run short‑break activities for children with disabilities. The role involves: Managing some of the Short Break support workers. Leading and arranging activities for children and young people with disabilities aged 5‑18 years in group and one‑to‑one settings. Delivering city‑wide service via both building‑based and outdoor venues such as Broad Park House, Family Hubs and sports centres. Working Hours 18.5 hours per week, covering evenings, weekends and school holidays. The rota will be provided on a termly basis. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role. This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a satisfactory DBS check will be required. Who Are We Looking For?
