SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistants – Full-time, long-term and ongoing, starting ASAP. These opportunities are ideal for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs on a one-to-one basis in primary school settings. Duties as SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant Provide dedicated one-to-one support for pupils with SEND needs Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual learning requirements Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being Monitor and record pupil progress and report to the teacher Work closely with parents, teachers, and external professionals Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Ideal SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential Experience working in a primary school setting Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND needs on a one-to-one basis Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Class Act?
