You will ensure the provision of high-quality services and compliance with contractual and organisational standards as well as supporting the Area Manager to identify opportunities for service improvement.In this role you will:Manage and monitor service performance against KPIs and business plans.Lead and support your team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.Analyse data and produce reports to inform service improvements.Support strategic projects and represent Victim Support externally as required.This role includes an additional £2,000 allowance for managing multiple service types or specialist services with distinct funding streams.About YouWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing a busy workload while building strong relationships with partner agencies. You'll bring proven leadership experience and a talent for inspiring others, along with the ability to drive positive change and make a real impact.Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of government policy relating to victims and the Criminal Justice System, and an awareness of the impact crime has on victims and witnesses.
