Young Adults Support Worker Wolverhampton Temp/Temp to Perm £13.68 p/h Exciting Opportunity for Support Workers: Make a Real Difference to Young Adults Aged 16-17 for a Temp to Perm position. If you are caring, resilient, and reliable, we have a rewarding opportunity for you Join Balfor as a Support Worker in the Wolverhampton Area We are seeking compassionate, experienced support workers to join our team and provide invaluable support to young adults. If you have a genuine desire to help younger adults overcome challenges and achieve their goals, this is the role for you. Key Requirements: A minimum of 1 years’ experience working with young adults (preferably as a Residential Support Worker) Level 3 Qualification in Residential Care or equivalent Demonstrated experience in supporting younger adults Clear Enhanced DBS, registered on the Update Service Driving licence and access to a car (desired) As a Support Worker, You’ll: Assist with daily living tasks, including medication administration and domestic duties Implement individual support plans and lead engaging activities in a challenging, yet rewarding environment Keep accurate and up-to-date records of progress and key activities Uphold the ethos and values of the Statement of Purpose, ensuring care plans are implemented with integrity Act as a Key Worker, taking a proactive role in creating and reviewing the young person’s care, education, emotional, and health needs Recognise and act upon signs of distress or potential abuse, following safeguarding guidelines Contribute to team planning and review meetings to ensure holistic care is provided Promote anti-discriminatory practices and respect children’s rights at all times Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies We’re Looking for People Who: Are passionate about supporting young adults through their most formative years Have the resilience to work in a challenging environment with empathy and care Are committed to making a real, positive difference in the lives of those they support If you’re ready to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a dynamic role where you can truly make a difference, apply today For more information, or to apply, call Balfor Recruitment on 0121 260 0002. #J-18808-Ljbffr
