Practical Instructor in Engineering Location: Blackburn, England, United Kingdom Salary: Up to £27,185 per annum plus a potential of up to £5,000 per annum market premium, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. The Role Working across both the Higher and Further Education Engineering departments to support and ressource the teaching staff across all courses within the College's engineering programmes, including maintaining practical equipment and providing practical demonstration and technical instruction to students. You will help with the strategic planning of the development of facilities and develop a robust maintenance schedule for any equipment, while working cooperatively as part of a large team. Qualifications You should have a UK Honours degree or an ENIC‑recognised degree in a related discipline, a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, and experience operating a range of relevant equipment. Experience instructing and developing practical delivery in an Engineering context, and familiarity with the latest subject‑specific technological developments are also required.
