Our global team is dedicated to making our clients' projects successful.We are seeking to hire a full-time, permanent Project Engineer at our facility in Westhill, Aberdeen. The Project Engineer will manage various projects, coordinating technical, commercial, administrative, and quality aspects.ResponsibilitiesPerform project management duties proactively, maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders including clients, certifying authorities, colleagues, and contractors.Clarify project scope and estimates with the sales team during handovers, revise as needed, and control costs and revenues to meet profitability targets.Develop comprehensive work programmes and equipment lists for assigned projects.Ensure delivery of products and services to clients on time, within quality standards, and budget.Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and assist in preparing bids and quotations.Prepare variation requests for ongoing projects.Manage all commercial and technical aspects of projects.Monitor project performance using the CTX management sheet, integrating data from NAV and SharePoint, understanding project finances, and identifying risks and scope changes.Coordinate with finance to ensure NAV and CTX alignment and support billing processes.Prepare documentation for workshop activities, ensuring all equipment and tooling meet project requirements and timelines.Select appropriate tools and equipment with input from technical leaders and managers.Complete all project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes as per IMS procedures.Coordinate with the Design department to verify engineering calculations and procedures.Monitor project performance, identify issues early, and communicate with Operations and Project Managers.Ensure all QA, HSE, and personnel considerations are addressed.Attend client meetings to discuss project progress.Oversee offshore project execution and compliance as per contractual obligations.RequirementsKnowledge of engineering principles, practices, and ISO9001 procedures.Relevant offshore/engineering industry experience, including managing and supervising projects and personnel onshore and offshore.Experience with IRM, decom, wells decom, and bespoke builds.Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.Experience in producing equipment lists and technical work programmes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
