Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region / business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support & bonuses and more.Role Title: Graduate Electrical EngineerStart Date: September 2026Location: BelfastYour RoleWe have an opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our established team of experienced engineers working on a range of building types across all business sectors including life sciences, defence, commercial, education, industrial, residential, leisure, healthcare and retail, within both public and private domains.Our current portfolio includes a number of key projects including healthcare, major government clients, universities, workplace solutions and decarbonisation portfolios. The role will require you to integrate into local teams and to work with colleagues in other offices as project demands dictate.Our engineering and design teams instigate and drive regeneration across multiple sectors. We provide practical expertise to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for the most complex of problems and offer a complete range of multidisciplinary consultancy services in the design, procurement, and management of buildings and infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesElectrical Engineering designs & calculationsAssist in design reviews and verification checksAssist in the contract administration of projectsSupport in the delivery of diverse projectsProvide technical assistance to the members of the M&E Engineering teamLiaise with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholdersSkills, Knowledge And ExperienceMinimum 2.1 degree in a relevant subject (Electrical Engineering or Building Services)Previous technical / industry experienceMS Office skillsExperience in the use of Engineering design software including AutoCad and REVITExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivatedDriver’s licenceApplication Closing Date: 31st October 2025Assessment Centre to be held: February 2026We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
