Our client are a growing building contractor with a £30million order book. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a reputable contracting firm, providing excellent career development and stability. The client are open to surveyors joining from diverse backgrounds including housebuilding, sub contracting or Water. This is a contractor who have employee engagement and welfare at the centre of their business. You Will Prepare and analyse costings, budgets, and estimates for construction projects Manage contractual and financial aspects of projects from inception to completion Negotiate and agree on project costs and variations with clients and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within a contractor environment Understanding of construction contracts and relevant industry standards Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field Take this opportunity to advance your career with a respected organisation.
