Make an Impact at RSM UK Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue. At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their own unique career path. Responsibilities Planning assignments in accordance with the Firm's standard procedures and relevant statutory and extra statutory obligations, and to confirm arrangements with the client, company, or appointer, including likely costs and billing arrangements. Managing a large portfolio of insolvency cases, including compulsory liquidations creditors voluntary liquidations and bankruptcies. Briefing staff (including those based in other offices working on the assignment) on cases, to supervise and control the completion of work and to undertake ‘on the job' training and appraisals where appropriate. Conducting detailed analysis of financial information and other records, to identify issues, assets and antecedent transactions including misfeasance, transactions at undervalue and breach of duty claims. Qualifications Previous experience operating at manager level in a similar role is required. Proven experience in insolvency fraud investigation cases. Proven experience in client handling and case management skills. Previous experience in managing, developing and coaching team members. Demonstratable experience in litigation presenting cases for Court. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commercial outlook. Benefits Study Support.
