Randox Health Liverpool is expanding its clinic network and is looking to recruit a phlebotomist. Position Phlebotomist – full‑time, 40 hours per week, 2 week rotational rota (Monday‑Friday & Tuesday‑Saturday). Exact hours may change. Responsibilities Conduct full client appointments, including taking blood samples, urine samples, and personal health measurements (weight, height, BMI, pulse). Log data to patient information systems (PIS) and update all relevant computer systems. Use sensitive communication to ensure clients are fully informed and give consent. Travel to off‑site events, private and corporate appointments to take samples and represent Randox Health courteously. Upsell and cross‑sell services in the private health clinic setting. Drive sales, meet targets, and exceed expectations. Accurately complete company forms and documentation, label specimens, and complete laboratory test order forms. Spin samples to ensure stability for onward transportation to the in‑house laboratory. Maintain a high level of IT literacy; log client data, update multiple computer software systems, and complete daily tasks and forms. Candidate Phlebotomy certificate of competence or equivalent training. High level of IT literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office. Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends. Exemplary customer service skills and experience. Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele simultaneously. Experience in a private healthcare setting. Confidence and experience working internal/external events. Requirements Vaccinated against Hepatitis B or willing to receive vaccination after interview. Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.
