2026 Graduate Programme – Transport & Infrastructure – PMCM Join WSP as a Graduate Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor in our PMCM teams. You will work on high‑impact civil, rail, buildings, and programme solutions projects across the UK. Teams & Locations PMCM – Civils Infrastructure & Utilities: London, Manchester, Birmingham PMCM – Rail: Leeds, Manchester PMCM – Buildings: London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Sheffield, Cardiff, Bristol PMCM – Programme Solutions: UK wide Key Projects Network Rail Enhancement Programmes Transport for Manchester Metro Schemes, Dublin Metrolink, HS2, East West Rail & Trans Pennine Parliament – Cast Iron Roofs Replacement DfE School Replacement Programme, University of Southampton, Scottish Power Property Heathrow Terminal 2B, Aston Villa Stadium Redevelopment, 22 Bishopsgate, Eden Project North Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Graduate Project Manager (Civils & Utilities) Coordinate project support & scheduling, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations. Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations. Monitor financials, budgets, and contract administration (NEC or bespoke). Support health, safety, sustainability across phases. Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Utilities) Assist cost estimation, value engineering, procurement strategy. Support contract variations, payments, and cost reporting. Measure quantities, prepare forecasts, identify cost efficiencies. Maintain records of projects and commercial decisions. Graduate Project Manager (Rail) Assist development of project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Track progress, resolve issues, manage changes, handle RFIs. Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Rail) Support commercial management: cost estimates, contract administration, values. Assist in payments, valuations, quantity measurements, and cost reporting. Graduate Project Manager (Buildings) Plan projects, monitor progress, manage risks, support stakeholder engagement. Develop cost estimates, track costs, manage contracts. Graduate Programme Solutions Maintain project schedules, document control, performance reporting. Prepare cost/schedule/KPI reports, develop dashboards. Graduate Development Programme The two‑year programme offers blended learning, professional registration support (ICE, APM, RICS) and career advancement opportunities. Requirements Graduate with a 2:1 or better in a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree. Pass initial application and online skill assessment. Available to start in April or September 2026. Passion for project management or surveying, and the built environment. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and creativity.
