This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team at Environmental Services to ensure our communities receive a great service so that we can make a real difference in our city. You will: be responsible for leading and supervising a small team of Operatives ensuring they complete their tasks and health and safety regulations are adhered to when undertaking the collection of refuse and recycling. undertake daily vehicle inspections and provide customer focused service to complete the removal of household, recycling and other designated waste from a variety of locations. maintain respectful working relationships and communicate with politeness and courtesy with both colleagues and members of the public. ensure all relevant council policies, procedures, values and behaviours are understood and followed. We are looking to fill 4 vacancies. Additional information Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
