Join to apply for the Natural Catastrophe Exposure Manager role at Davies Responsible for assisting the Head of Exposure Management in providing oversight of the Natural Catastrophe Risk of managed syndicates. Department: UW Performance Location: London UK Key Responsibilities ISO 27001 All Staff compliance with information security policies. Ensure timesheets are accurately completed within the required timeframe. Comply with PRA/FCA conduct standards. Upload data and assess data quality for internal models via the Asta Data Portal. Key Tasks In conjunction with the Exposure Management team, review and complete syndicates LCM and RDS returns. Monitor syndicates' compliance with Exposure Management requirements. Liaise with Lloyd’s and monitor operational performance against plans and procedures. Monitor natural catastrophe data quality on managed syndicates underwriting systems. Ensure returns and workflow items are resourced adequately. Act as a devolved administrator for managing Asta and client access to Lloyd’s systems. Contribute to the SBF submission process for Asta. Assist in monitoring climate change risk with deterministic scenarios and stress tests. Oversee data inputs for internal model use and ensure completeness and accuracy. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Very good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. High numeracy with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Confidence to participate and contribute to discussions with clients and senior management. Self‑motivated. Experience in identifying and quantifying event scenarios, ideally within a Lloyd's environment. Detailed knowledge of key natural peril models and exposure management approaches. Reinsurance knowledge to assess exposure management processes. Knowledge of Solvency II regulatory framework regarding exposure management. Experience completing Lloyd’s regulatory returns. Experience assessing physical risks of climate change.
