Applicants must have prior experience within a MASH or MACH service and provide an Enhanced DBS. Provide high‑level practice guidance to Social Workers, Early Help teams, and partner agencies, promoting consistency and excellence. Coordinate effectively with Police, Health, Education, and other partners to drive comprehensive safeguarding responses. Maintain clear, accurate records on the electronic case management system, contributing to audits and service development.
