This includes providing guidance, coaching, and training to other staff to raise the overall quality of education.The Lead Practitioner will lead on the development of teaching skills across the school by demonstrating high-quality teaching, supporting colleagues in their professional growth, and promoting innovative approaches to pedagogy.We are seeking a reflective and highly motivated practitioner who sets high expectations for themselves and their students.
