Join to apply for the Contracts Manager role at Xad Technologies Position Contracts Manager (Sub-Contractor) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough, UK. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sub‑contractor contracts, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire sub‑contractor contract process, from negotiation to execution and close‑out. Develop and maintain relationships with sub‑contractors and ensure they are meeting their contractual obligations. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure they are fair and in line with company policies. Monitor sub‑contractor performance and address any issues that arise during the contract period. Work closely with project managers to ensure that sub‑contractors are meeting project deadlines and deliverables. Manage all contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and other related documents. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any contract‑related issues. Conduct regular audits of sub‑contractor contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sub‑contractor contracts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the Telecom industry. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with contract management software is a plus. Proven track record of successfully managing sub‑contractor contracts. Location This is a full‑time position based in Slough, UK.
