Responsibilities As part of the team, you will make a tangible difference to people’s lives. Playing a key role in the support and resettlement of people, covering a wide variety of tasks that contribute to fixing broken lives. The tasks that form a large part of this role require exceptional attention to detail, particularly when completing property inspections, and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Qualifications and attributes Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal calmly with people who may present with challenging behaviour. The ability to problem solve and learn basic maintenance-related tasks to understand what issues may arise within the property environment, and to answer property maintenance queries from residents. Understanding of homelessness and belief that people can be successful in society despite the odds, with a supportive and caring yet calm, professional and flexible attitude.
