Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive Salary up to £35,000 Fully Remote (with one monthly London meet‑up) Company Laptop & Phone Line included Flexible Working Hours — core hours are 9–6, but we trust you to manage your time 28 Days Leave + up to 10 Days Paid Sick Leave A supportive, friendly, and driven team who genuinely love what they do Key Responsibilities Of The Junior Operational Excellence Lead Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders via regular video calls Coordinate every detail of live events — ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery Assist with planning and logistics: think booking actors, contractors, facilitators Gather feedback and prepare insightful reports for clients and the sales team Maintain clear, organised client files for seamless team collaboration Support Client Success Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships What You’ll Bring Experience in account management, event management, or other client-facing roles Confidence dealing with diverse stakeholders — clients, suppliers, senior teams Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication A proactive, analytical, problem‑solving mindset Experience managing external suppliers or partners Advanced MS Office skills A tertiary/higher education qualification Who You Are Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely A natural multitasker who can juggle deadlines without breaking a sweat Clear, confident, and consistent in your communication Flexible — willing to work outside regular hours occasionally to support key events Ready to Apply?
