Become part of our STAR (Specialist Therapy, Assessment and Rehabilitation) team and help patients regain independence through acute rehabilitation. You’ll support qualified therapists by delivering prescribed exercise programmes, educating patients on walking aids and equipment, and managing a caseload of non‑complex patients. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, with strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach. You’ll work both independently and alongside senior staff, contributing to joint therapy sessions and 7‑day service delivery. With excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll guide patients in the safe use of walking aids and ADL equipment, helping them build confidence and mobility. You’ll also support senior physiotherapists and occupational therapists in joint therapy sessions, contributing to safe and effective rehabilitation plans. Administrative duties include coordinating the delivery of equipment and maintaining accurate records. This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing role that requires compassion and a team‑focused mindset.
