Position OverviewRole: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Sale, Manchester (hybrid 2 days office/3 days home after training period)Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + 10% performance bonus + benefitsHours: (Mon‑Fri hours working shifts between 8‑6pm)This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contact centre Customer Service Advisor to join our Sale, Manchester based client.Role ResponsibilitiesManage Customer expectations and develop relationships with key stakeholdersTalk to customers about their contract and understand next stepsCoordinate customer interaction in line with agreed processes and SLAsEffectively manage the customer experience to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyPromote the brand by providing a customer‑centric experienceEscalate complex issues and queries to ManagerLiaise with and act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams to achieve departmental KPIs and SLAsMaintain consistency and accuracy of all data input into department databasesBuild knowledge of customersPrepare and produce management information as requiredContinuously look for ways to improve agreed departmental KPIs to enhance the customer experienceKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience using company systemsPrevious experience working with customer‑facing teams or in a customer services environmentDemonstrable specialised knowledge/skills in a customer contact areaAbility to plan and prioritise multiple activitiesAwareness of the commercial impact of own decisions/actionsGood problem‑solving skills with experience of resolving complex problemsExperience in customer services excellence, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholdersExperience in working collaboratively with internal and external teamsPlease follow the link to apply for this Customer Service Advisor role based in Sale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
