Position Overview Transformation Change Execution Manager – Birmingham, Vice President. We are looking for an experienced Transformation Change Execution Manager to partner with senior business and technology leaders, owning and driving technology constraints that impact end‑to‑end production operations platforms. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives that transform how we run our operations. Your Key Responsibilities Plan, execute and report on business implementation change management, adhering to governance standards, using data to communicate progress, manage risks and drive transparency. Collaborate with other departments to deliver on timelines and meet strategic goals. In partnership with Production, own the adoption of the global change portfolio, including business case development, reporting, measurement and continuous improvement. Participate in Working Groups and Steering Committees to ensure effective decision‑making and stakeholder partnership. Develop and document end‑to‑end roles and responsibilities, process flows, operating procedures and controls; liaise with end‑users, gather business requirements and deliver training and hyper‑care support. Be heavily involved in the product development journey. Your Skills And Experience Significant experience managing business implementation for complex change programmes or projects, communicating and driving transformation initiatives using PMI principles in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in Banking, Finance or a regulated industry, ideally in the change or transformation space. Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and KYC data structures / data flows is preferred. Experience working with management reporting is preferred.
