Life assurancewith the option to increase cover We’re open to flexible workingoptions – just ask What you’ll do day to day Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
