Job Description We are seeing unprecedented growth across several of our key practice areas. Typical Activities Will Include Policy analysis including options analysis, secondary research, feasibility analysis etc Curating and facilitating workshops Scoping/setting the direction of work Maintaining and building close relationships with senior stakeholders Working with policy stakeholders to generate visions and strategies for policy spaces Advocating for user‑centred policy design approaches with senior stakeholders Running stakeholder research sessions when required Qualifications Strong Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider or Public Sector Organisation Good project management skills with the ability to plan and schedule own work and work towards tight deadlines. Experience working with user centred design teams in an agile environment Experience managing and working with senior stakeholders Experience leading work and leading others Experience in strategic thinking and decision making Excellent communication skills — be able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non‑experts. Experience working in/with government in User Centred Design policy design is highly desirable Why Version 1?
