What You’ll Be Doing: Manage your own caseload of motor, liability, and property-related claims from cradle to grave. Proactively communicate with clients, insurers, claimants, and other relevant parties. Independently assess and manage complex claims, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience. Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines. Contribute to the team’s success, sharing your expertise and best practices. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrable success in handling a diverse portfolio of motor, liability, and property-related claims. A deep understanding of general insurance principles, practices, and regulations. A proactive and independent professional who can manage a caseload efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders. IT literate and comfortable with case management systems. Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills. Previous experience working within a broker environment and/or with Acturis is preferred but not essential.
