Maintain a therapeutic ward environment in the 24/7 multidisciplinary acute Psychiatric Physical Complexity Pathway (PPCU). Assess holistic physical and mental health needs of patients, delivering evidence-based interventions. Engage with carers to support patient care and contribute to ward and pathway activities. Travel between sites with ease, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential for this role. What makes this role even better is the community of Leamington Spa.
