We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join a well-established business on a 12-month fixed term contract.The main purpose of the Account Manager role is to provide first-class administrative and customer support to the sales team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.Key responsibilities of the Account Manager role:Provide administrative support to customer accounts, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.Prepare and follow up quotations.Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to make sure orders are delivered on time.Handle customer queries and resolve any issues around orders, invoicing or product availability.The ideal Account Manager candidate will have:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Confident IT skills, particularly with Excel.A positive, proactive approach and great attention to detail.If you are ready to take the next step in your career as an Account Manager, we’d love to hear from you, please apply today #J-18808-Ljbffr
