We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Caversham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of peopleResponsibilitiesHelping people to gain more independence in their daily lives.Assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service.Allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support manage their finances.Ensuring the daily support for seniors.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Senior Support Worker.Level 3 in Health & Social Care.Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour’s of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma.Full UK Driving Licence.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherAll applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references. #J-18808-Ljbffr
