This is an exciting opportunity to join Foray Motor Group, a leading Ford Dealer Network, as an Automotive Marketing Executive / Content Creator. You will work closely with and report to the Group Marketing Manager, joining a small but dynamic marketing team responsible for eight locations across four counties. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Lead Generation Create and manage Facebook Ad Campaigns in line with Ford guidelines, driving traffic and generating leads for New & Used Cars and Commercial Vehicles. Grow and manage the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook channels, ensuring engaging, high-quality content that drives customer engagement and brand awareness. Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms while monitoring engagement and performance. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Capture high-quality photography and videography of new vehicle launches, showroom vehicles, and quarterly sales events. Produce and present video walkarounds, particularly for New Vehicles, creating informative content that educates and engages potential buyers. Develop in-house creative assets, including photography, graphics, and videos for use across digital marketing campaigns. Create B-Roll cinematic video content of vehicles for social media, enhancing brand perception with high-quality, engaging footage. Design & Campaign Support Design print, digital, and point-of-sale materials that adhere to Ford and Foray Motor Group brand guidelines. Assist with email and SMS campaigns, crafting compelling marketing messages to engage customers. Support sales events, new vehicle promotions, and marketing initiatives. Marketing Operations & Reporting Manage the internal Stock Profiler Report, ensuring accurate vehicle data, which requires Microsoft Excel proficiency. Assist with daily marketing tasks, including organic social media management and responding to customer reviews. Work collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns. Stay informed on industry trends, particularly the shift to electric vehicles, and apply insights to marketing strategies. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, photo/video, or design-related role. A Full Valid UK driving licence (travel to dealership locations may be required). Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Google Analytics, with experience in creating organic and paid social campaigns. Proficiency in all major social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Bonus: Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other video platforms. Advantageous: Knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm and content trends, along with experience using CapCut video software. The ability to present confidently on camera, particularly for vehicle walkarounds and promotional sales videos. Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
