Chemotherapy Nurse Salary: £40,500 - £45,500 + company car or car allowance Hours: Full-time Location: Newcastle and surrounding region Deliver Life-Changing Care - One Patient at a Time About the role As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll play a vital role in transforming cancer care by delivering specialist treatment in the comfort of patients' homes. This is more than a nursing role-it's a chance to provide one-to-one, holistic care that empowers patients and enhances their quality of life. Working across Newcastle and the surrounding area, you'll administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, build meaningful relationships with patients and carers, and be a trusted clinical partner in their recovery journey. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team that values compassion, autonomy, and clinical excellence—making a real difference every day while growing your own skills and confidence. About you You're a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient‑centred care. You'll be: Administering chemotherapy treatments safely and effectively in patients' homes. Qualified in administering Cytotoxic Drugs. Building strong, supportive relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders. Documenting clinical data accurately and reporting adverse drug events appropriately. Maintaining up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and addressing any competency gaps. Travelling across the region with a full UK driving licence. Collaborating with a wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
