We are seeking a professional Temporary Receptionist to join a business within the manufacturing industry near Thame. This is a temporary, immediate start role so you will need to be immediately available to start work. Description Key responsibilities of the Temporary Receptionist include: Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting areas as required. Provide administrative support when required. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times. Assist with scheduling and diary management as needed. Assist the PA with international travel bookings. Profile The successful Temporary Receptionist should have: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional setting. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in using standard office software, including email and scheduling tools. A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
