Description Key responsibilities of the Temporary Receptionist include: Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting areas as required. Provide administrative support when required. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times. Assist with scheduling and diary management as needed. Assist the PA with international travel bookings. Profile The successful Temporary Receptionist should have: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional setting. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in using standard office software, including email and scheduling tools. A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Immediately available to start work for an immediate start. Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
