Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children. Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child’s needs are met. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development. What you will need: A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent). Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting. A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well‑being and development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
