This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into many aspects of the business. The individual will report to the Head of HR Shared Services and will work closely with other members of the HR team to support the attraction, development, and retention of our employees, as well as managing the company’s internal systems, being fully responsible for compliance and employee documentation, employee information and general administration.ResponsibilitiesAdministration of different areas of the employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding; ensuring vacancies are advertised, creating and sending out offer letters and ensuring the onboarding process is completed in a timely manner.Work with our systems to ensure employee records are kept up to date and compliant, processing employee data changes ensuring accuracy at all times.Manage and prioritise shared email inboxes, responding to general HR queries where appropriate.Opportunity to be involved with internal projects to improve efficiencies and support wider business objectives from the HR agenda.QualificationsPassionate about a career in Human Resources and have a proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.Collaborative, friendly, helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues at manager and employer level.Creative with a strong customer and quality focus.Straightforward approach, clear written English, high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability, handling confidential information with complete integrity.Graduate level or a minimum of 12 months related experience in a HR Administration role; experience with HRIS/Payroll systems is a distinct advantage.If this sounds like you, please apply now.
