Role Overview My client is a global leader in healthcare with a portfolio of medical imaging diagnostics, critical care, molecular imaging, and patient monitoring systems. Responsibilities Provide service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of X‑ray and CT Medical imaging Systems located at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout Greater London, Hertfordshire, Essex and parts of Bedfordshire. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a confident, professional manner in all customer‑facing environments. Participate in first‑class product training and continuous support from senior management. Qualifications Field service engineering experience in electronic sectors such as medical device, laboratory device, semiconductor, ex‑HM Forces Engineers (RAF, REME, Navy), industrial/commercial imaging or other electronic manufacturing and services. Strong customer service skills and confident professional behaviour. No prior medical experience required – full product training is supplied. Location Enfield, North London, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
