As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team, helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.Pay, benefits and moreWe’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,250.00 per annum, and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
