Job Description As a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator you will use and maintain the CAFM system and allocate work to relevant teams, while supporting general administrative tasks. You will provide support to the UK and overseas facilities teams by maintaining various software systems, including the internal CAFM system. The role involves delivering excellent service to user queries, compiling and distributing insightful reports to stakeholders, and executing a range of administrative duties. The position is full‑time and requires a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including bank holidays. Qualifications Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills at all levels and excellent customer service, acting as a point of contact for facilities and other internal departments. Team player with a "can‑do" attitude and ability to work independently. Well organised with effective time‑management skills. Experience with helpdesk work and CAFM systems is desirable. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Additional Information Monitoring of all mailboxes, CAFM and booking systems to support a 24/7 business operation. Supporting facilities teams with administrative tasks. Managing a fleet of pool vehicles. Booking and managing electric charging. Collaboration with engineering teams to create job plans. End‑to‑end ownership of all high‑priority jobs raised. Dealing with third parties such as contractors and suppliers.
