Overview We're pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Finance Analyst to join AXA Global Healthcare in Tunbridge Wells on a 12‑month FTC basis. In this key role, you'll provide essential support to the Finance Manager, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for the business. You'll also have the chance to contribute to new projects and initiatives that support the ongoing growth and development of AXA – Global Healthcare, making a real impact in a dynamic and evolving environment. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities Support the processing of accounting transactions, ensuring all records are current. Ensure accurate and timely production of monthly bordereaux, covering income, claims, and population data for insurers and reinsurers. Assist with monthly financial reporting, including management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Deliver precise monthly global reports, providing insights into results and performance. Complete monthly bank and control account reconciliations accurately and on schedule. Support the annual financial audit process by liaising with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Help establish financial processes, reporting, and controls for new insurer and reinsurer relationships. Assist with ad-hoc queries, invoicing, and payments, ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications Book‑keeping experience is essential. Good understanding of financial and accounting processes, including general ledger experience. Experience with operational finance activities such as invoicing, credit control, and banking. Ability to analyse and interpret complex financial information while working collaboratively across teams. Sound communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of regulatory/FCA requirements and/or accountancy qualifications (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) would be advantageous.
