Join to apply for the Cleaner role at ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services We’re currently recruiting a part‑time Cleaner for Defence, contracted to 20 hours per week. As a dedicated Cleaner, you will help deliver the best experiences for our clients and customers. Shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days. This role is contracted to 50 weeks per year. Your Key Responsibilities Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer. Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard. Sanitise surface areas, floors, windows and other touchpoints regularly. Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently. Empty and dispose of bin waste. Monitor and re‑stock cleaning supplies. Ideal Cleaner Attributes Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail. Enjoy working in a hands‑on role. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. Flexible approach to working.
