Key Details Department: Nursery Flexi Bank Location: Brixton, London Compensation: £14.39‑£17.54 per hour (including 12.07% holiday entitlement) Responsibilities Bring the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions. Support room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices. Create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children. Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Embrace flexibility across rooms and age groups. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies. Maintain professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts. Qualifications & Attributes Experience working with children in an early years environment. Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred). Flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams. Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to train). Passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive.
