The Role We are a nurturing SEMH primary school dedicated to supporting children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. Many of our pupils may experience dysregulated behaviour and require a sensitive, trauma-informed approach to learning. Our team works collaboratively, applying therapeutic and trauma-informed strategies throughout the school to ensure every child feels safe, understood, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pupil Engagement Assistant to join our supportive team. You will play a key role in creating a structured, caring environment where every child can succeed. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver nurturing, personalised support, applying therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed practice across all aspects of school life.
