We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant / Office Manager to join our leading organisation – connecting patients with high‑quality care and guiding them through their treatment journey.About The RoleIn this pivotal position, you will lead the contact of warm leads – patients who have expressed interest in private healthcare and surgical procedures. Your role is to listen, advise, and support individuals in making informed health decisions, ensuring every interaction is professional, ethical, and compassionate.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with warm leads via phone and email, converting inquiries into consultations or bookings.Provide clear, informative advice on private healthcare and surgical options.Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales and admin team of six staff, fostering a positive, target‑driven culture.Oversee daily workflow, ensuring all patient inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Liaise with clinical teams and partner hospitals to ensure a seamless patient journey.About YouWe’re looking for someone with a blend of sales expertise, leadership ability, and genuine care for patients.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven background in telesales or consultative sales (healthcare experience a plus).Strong leadership or team management experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence working with CRM systems and managing lead pipelines.Highly organised, results‑driven, and empathetic toward patient needs.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission.27 days holiday plus bank holidays.Supportive, collaborative working environment.Comprehensive training in healthcare products and services.Opportunity to make a genuine difference in people’s lives every day.Ready to make a real impact?
