K3568 – European Syndications Manager – UK, Midlands / Northern Home Counties (Hybrid) – Asset Finance New Leaf Search has partnered with a global captive vehicle finance provider in its search for a European Syndications Manager. Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Midlands / Northern Home Counties (Hybrid). Key Accountabilities: Lead syndication activity by developing investor relationships and negotiating/closing transactions with cross-functional support (finance, legal, tax, accounting). Build long-term partnerships with banks, independent finance companies and other syndicate investors. Integrate syndication strategy across markets to support commercial goals and Group sales performance. Support local funding and capital structure management in line with global funding strategy. Enhance Funding & Capital Markets tools, processes and competencies across markets. Travel internationally (30–50%). Uphold company values, governance and code of conduct. Person Specification: BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or related discipline (CPA/MBA advantageous). 7+ years’ experience in financial services, including 5+ years in capital markets. Equipment leasing or related industry experience preferred. Multi-national corporate exposure strongly preferred. Strong financial statement and risk analysis capability. Relationship-driven with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work across markets, manage multiple priorities and operate with high integrity. We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
