Our client specialises within hard engineering solutions and provides a full range of services in fast-moving, high-pressure manufacturing facilities, process environments and commercial spaces. This is an opportunity where you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality electrical installations across industrial and manufacturing environments. To be considered for this role as an Industrial electrician you will have : Experience in electrical installation and testing within a process plant environment Essential experience within the manufacturing and industrial sectors 2391 or 2394 / 5 qualification with strong understanding of condition reporting 17th Edition qualification NVQ Level 3 qualification Level 3 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations Full UK driving licence The key responsibilities of this role an Industrial Electrician : Carrying out electrical installations involving low‑voltage wiring and containment systems Following safe electrical isolation procedures on existing live circuits Installing a range of low‑voltage wiring systems and cable containment systems Producing installation and condition reports Testing and energising electrical systems up to 1000V, including new and modified installations Ensuring all operational procedures, safe working practices and health and safety requirements are followed Completing any reasonable tasks assigned in line with your role The employment package for an industrial electrician is : Monday – Friday working £40600 (installation) - £44000 (approved rate) Overtime available at JIB rates Savings and discounts portal through Reward Gateway Healthcare cash plan 24 / 7 GP helpline including access to a private electronic prescription service Enhanced Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to Work scheme Generous holiday allowance Celebration days and company‑wide Christmas party for employees and their partners Annual employee awards Long service awards Free workwear How to Apply : This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Nelson Permanent Placements Ltd.
