Store Colleague – Ashton-under-Lyne Join Pets at Home as a Store Colleague in our pet care centre. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every visit leaves loyal customers smiling. Responsibilities Exceed customer expectations by providing personalised and attentive service. Uphold the highest pet‑care standards and ensure smooth store operations. Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing their overall experience. Engage with customers, actively listening to their needs and communicating effectively. Resolve queries and issues quickly, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. Qualifications Outstanding customer service skills – you make customers feel valued and understood. Strong verbal and written communication to engage customers and deliver clear information. Effective problem‑solving – you can address questions and resolve issues efficiently. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Target focus – recognising the importance of sales goals for business performance. Teamworking mindset – collaboration is vital in a retail setting. Flexibility – able to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.
