We move 5% of the world’s money and aim to make international payments easier and cheaper for people and businesses worldwide.Job DescriptionIn this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring the billions that we process in annual card volumes are done so safely and sustainably. You’ll inherit the existing card pay-in strategy and be responsible for its evolution – optimising our existing volume while driving growth initiatives. You’ll identify opportunities to improve payment performance, mitigate fraud and lower card costs, balancing these against regulatory, compliance and engineering needs. You’ll lead growth initiatives for cards: supporting our regional teams to launch card pay-ins for new currencies and spearhead efforts to support card payments across Wise’s Business products, such as optimising card performance for our Payment Facilitator product, “Get Paid with Cards.” You’ll manage external relationships that are critical for success, spanning across acquiring partners, card schemes and other key third parties.QualificationsYou have an understanding and relevant experience of working with the card payments sector with proven experience in improving acquiring card performance.You have at least 5+ years experience in a Senior Product Manager role and have developed and implemented successful product strategies with measurable, successful outcomes.You’re highly analytical and comfortable using data – both quantitative and qualitative – to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and refine the product strategy.You can demonstrate how you’ve collaborated with engineers and analysts to successfully launch a new feature or product to market and/or have made significant improvements to an existing product.You’ve worked closely with back-end engineers and are comfortable making technical trade-offs to deliver faster for customers.You’re comfortable with ambiguity and not knowing all the answers, and can take complex situations and bring structure, focus, and direction.BonusYou have experience managing third-party relationships.Salary & BenefitsBase salary: £88,000 to £118,000 + RSUsRestricted Stock Units (RSUs) link: https://www.wise.jobs/what-we-do/our-offer/Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionProduct Management and Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
