Requirements Industry expertise: A proven track record in the telecommunications and construction industries. Training experience: Demonstrated success in a training, mentoring, or coaching role. Flexibility & mobility: Must be prepared to work efficiently across classroom settings and various field locations nationwide. Full UK driving license: Essential for this field‑based position. Adaptable problem‑solver: Proactive approach to executing training, handling mixed‑ability groups, and quickly resolving obstacles on the go.
