Role Summary As a people person, you will enjoy meeting and supporting a diverse range of individuals of all ages. The Complex Support Worker provides high‑quality, person‑centred support to people with complex health needs, such as spinal injuries, respiratory conditions and neurological disorders. Key Responsibilities Administer clinical tasks: manual cough assist, digital stimulation for bowel management, postural and spinal support, PEG care, tracheostomy care. Assist with continence management, medication, mobility, meal preparation and household duties. Promote independence and bring joy to those you support. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. Ideally 6 months of hands‑on care experience in a UK care setting. Age 18 or over, enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references. Development & Support We offer structured development through our Rising Stars programme, including fully funded NVQs and mentoring.
