Job Overview Project Quantity Surveyor - London at Octavius Infrastructure is a key role in the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE), contributing to the delivery of Electrification and Plant renewals across the Southern region. The programme involves a £9 billion investment between 2024 and 2034. Responsibilities Robust commercial management of diverse projects, including overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and achieving business‑plan commitments. Lead individual project work while collaborating with the site’s commercial team to identify efficiencies. About You As a skilled quantity surveyor you excel in building relationships, communicating effectively at all levels, and making data‑driven decisions. You have excellent organisational skills, navigate conflicting priorities, and apply creative problem‑solving in challenging situations. You are resilient, flexible and determined in changing circumstances. You Bring Practical experience in a quantity surveying role in a civil engineering environment, having worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor. NEC Contracts experience (essential).
