You will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content across various digital platforms to support our brand's website & marketing objectives.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in content creation and digital marketing. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to the growth of our brand in the digital space. It is also suitable with those with the equivalent skills and knowledge through experience.This role will require access to the internet, use of a computer, and access to the Microsoft Office package.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality written, visual, and audio content for WordPress website, social media, blogs, and other digital channels.Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform content creation.Analyse content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, including product descriptions and promotional content.Engage with audiences through social media, adapting content as needed.Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.Skills and QualificationsGraduate (or experience equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.Proficient in working with Word Press Software.Understanding of the responsible use of AI to support content creation.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.Confident in producing video and social media content, including short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).Skilled in using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms.Able to write clear, engaging and concise copy for online news items and social media posts that captures attention and effectively communicates key messages.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.Familiarity with SEO best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to content strategy.Knowledge of HTML and CSS.Familiarity with marketing automation tools.Understanding of UX/UI principles.Further InformationThe Employer is: MENTUPLEADUP LTDJobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
